We are currently supporting a multinational company based in Santiago in the search for a Finance & Accounting Manager. The selected person will be responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting operations of the company, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, and contributing to the strategic decision-making process.

About the Challenge

• You will lead and manage the accounting and financial reporting processes in compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations.
• You will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and providing clear insights into financial performance.
• You will support strategic financial decision-making through analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• You will manage external audits, tax filings, and relationships with financial institutions and advisors.
• You will oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
• You will lead the implementation of a new accounting system and define solid procedures.
• You will guide and develop the finance team, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.

What Are We Looking For in You?

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 5 to 7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within multinational environments.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Chilean tax compliance.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, audits, and ERP/accounting systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to manage complex financial data.
• High attention to detail, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative mindset, discretion, and willingness to learn.
• Advanced English is required (spoken and written).
